Who you are:
As a dynamic and creative social media specialist, you thrive on crafting engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. Your expertise lies in leveraging analytics to drive strategic growth and optimize campaign performance. With a keen eye for trends and a passion for storytelling, you excel in building vibrant online communities and elevating brand presence.

What you will be doing:
  • Social community management for all the following platforms:
    • Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube shorts
  • Partner with tech team get answers to more technical questions
  • Social listening
    • What customers like/don't like about our products
    • Future products ideas
    • New colors for existing products
  • Influencer relationship management:
    • Content briefs for upcoming new products or monthly campaigns
    • Payment invoicing
    • Product sample shipping
  • Submit content request briefs for:
    • 3D design requests
    • Instagram stories
    • Reels (work with in-house videographer)
  • TikTok Shop Affiliate program
    • Check collab invites
    • Find new affiliates who would be a good fit
    • Check up on affiliates who have been recently sent product
  • Check social analytics on Later
    • Do this to optimize toward the best posting time
    • To see what type of posts are resonating most with our audience
  • Schedule all weekly content out on Later
  • Write content captions for all social posts & add relevant hashtags
    • Reach out to our in-house copy writer for products launches

What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. 
  • Minimum 2 years of social media experience with an agency or DTC brand. 
  • Work experience in consumer electronics industry preferred. 
  • Exceptional writing skills with attention to detail, grammar and tone of voice. 
  • Tenacious project management skills with the ability to work cross functionally with the communications, customer support and management teams. 
  • Decent knowledge of CRO and SEO. 
  • Independent self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft programs.

Compensation:  
The salary range for this position is $28-30 per hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location where this position will be performed.
