Amazon Marketplace Manager (Hybrid)
We are looking for a highly analytical, strategic, and hands-on Amazon Marketplace Manager to lead our North America business. This role will work closely with our EU Amazon Team Lead, rounding out our global Amazon leadership team. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in daily operations while also driving high-level strategy, optimizing marketplace performance, managing operational costs, and leveraging data-driven decision-making to drive revenue growth.

You will work closely with our digital marketing team while leading a team of three Amazon Specialists, ensuring strategic execution and performance management across Amazon Seller Central.
What you will be doing:
- Lead Amazon operations in North America, ensuring best-in-class execution and marketplace strategy.
- Collaborate with the EU Amazon Team Lead, aligning on best practices, data insights, and global performance optimization.
- Analyze key cost structures, including Amazon referral fees, FBA fulfillment costs, product dimensions, and marketplace fee variations to optimize profitability.
- Develop and maintain reports tracking Amazon fees, product shipping costs, and overall operational expenses. Identify, audit, and dispute incorrect Amazon fees (e.g., overcharges on referral fees, incorrect product dimensions, excessive FBA costs).
- Implement conversion-driven strategies to optimize customer engagement, sales funnels, and revenue growth.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring efficient ordering cycles and stock availability while minimizing excess costs.
- Track and measure key performance metrics (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) to continuously improve sales and operational efficiency.
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of three Amazon Specialists, fostering a high-performance work environment.
- Work cross-functionally with digital marketing, finance, logistics, and product development teams to ensure seamless execution and long-term growth.
- Stay updated on Amazon’s latest policies, fee structures, and marketplace trends to keep Satechi ahead of the curve.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central (Required).
- Experience with Helium 10 (Required).
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in Amazon fee analysis, cost optimization, and profitability tracking.
- Proven experience leading and coaching a team, with a focus on performance management.
- Expertise in data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF), Google Sheets, and Amazon reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially when dealing with Amazon’s complex fee structures and policy changes.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to leadership teams.

The pay range for this position in California is $85-98K annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a full range of benefits outlined here.
